Hiring a Sales and Marketing Manager

Nutrition Network, mandated with a big mandate and vision “to Change Healthcare, One Practitioner at a Time”, has an exciting new role of mid-senior SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER to support this vision. 

Created to support the training of medical professionals in the use of Therapeutic Carbohydrate Restriction (TCR) to ultimately support the treatment and reversal of chronic disease, in particular diabetes and obesity, the Nutrition Network is a social enterprise that has a huge vision and a visionary team.

This exciting new role’s tasks will include: 

  • Managing a small marketing team of one Junior Marketing Manager and one Community Manager, as well as an agency
  • Operating at a senior level and engaging at all levels within a global coach and medical community 
  • Creating a new visionary approach to strategic marketing, customer marketing, and sales within the organization 
  • Managing and signing off all social media and other marketing campaigns focused on excellence, innovation, and perfection
  • Overseeing all digital marketing, and analytics and introducing new tools, partners, and strategies to support growth 
  • Developing a robust CRM system to support customer journeys 
  • Marketing and campaign management of new training and online events, products, etc
  • Management and optimization of Nutrition Network’s online presence: SEO, SMM, SEM, as well as monthly reporting on Google analytics, website optimization, and improvement
  • Ensuring that customer support and excellence are at the core of all we do. 
  • Public relations and media requirements of the organization as and when such conditions arise


  • A minimum of five years of demonstrable experience in marketing strategy development, and implementation, including digital marketing 
  • A tertiary qualification in commercial or marketing management – a post-graduate qualification would be preferred 
  • At least 2 years experience in leading a team
  • Solid working knowledge of digital marketing, including content creation on all platforms, as well as management of analytics
  • Experience in either the healthcare or e-learning sectors would be preferred
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently
  • High levels of creativity and confidence


  • Fulltime remote role with some unusual hours due to the global nature and time zones we operate in
