Biographical Info
Adam is a Nurse Practitioner and owner at Live Ignite Thrive Medical (LIT Medical). Adam decided to open LIT Medical in January 2021, after experiencing benefits of Low Carbohydrate High Fat (LCHF) lifestyle for himself, the positive impact of LCHF on his patients with improvement of metabolic health, and being told that LCHF did not fit the "business model" at his previous employer. Adam earned his undergraduate and graduate degree in nursing from Loyola University Chicago. He is a board certified Nurse Practitioner.
Adam has been very excited about the LCHF lifestyle ever since enrolling into the Nutrition Network program. Since then Adam has incorporated teaching LCHF in his private practice to help his patients who have struggled with maintaining their metabolic health (Type 2 Diabetes, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Obesity, Nonalcoholic Fatty Lives Disease, and Metabolic Syndrome). By teaching the LCHF lifestyle to his patients Adam hopes to over come these chronic illnesses/diseases; while helping his patients achieve their health and lifestyle goals.
