I used Low carb/Keto to regain my health and lost over 60 lbs. Once I experienced the benefits for myself, I could not unsee. I am passionate about helping people discover who they are and their potential through restoring and maintaining health. I believe in the holistic approach of health, attending to the whole person, while finding the root cause of dis-eases and addressing them. I am currently not practicing, but will be taking new patients within the next few months in the South Oregon area of the US.
