I have been interested in health and wellness all my life, but I also love good food. During my school I learned about the dangers of sugar and I was shocked! After graduating from French Cuisine and Pastry school I couldn't bring myself to feed people food that made them sick. So I decided to switch my career and become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist Practitioner. After that I found the Nutrition Network and started to specialize in the LCHF approach.
