I enrolled in Nutrition Network Advisor course, 2 months after my mum has passed away from Alzheimer’s. I set up at the same time my biggest challenge yet: following a strict ketogenic diet for one month and, at the end, running a Tough Mudder — a 10-mile run with 25 obstacles — to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society. I ended up losing 9 kg (20 lb) in just one month without changing my workout pattern. But even better, the keto diet helped me burn all my belly fat, leaving me leaner than ever. At this point, I had an epiphany, and for the first time, realised the impact of nutrition on weight, body shape and health. I documented my journey, wrote a book and created with my wife, who is professional dancer and fitness coach, a program to help people to lose weight and improve health. The program will be launched beginning of 2021. Our method saved my wife's 60-year-old mum when a chronic disease brought her to the brink of death. Despite undergoing treatment for a lung cancer 2 years ago (lobectomy and radiotherapy), Jenny’s mum lost 5 kgs (11 lbs), burnt a lot of fat and reclaimed her life by following our method. She now goes running outside and easily looks 15 years younger than her age. Recently, her doctor declared her disease-free!
