Biographical Info Leona worked for many years as a lecturer and scientists at the Faculty of Food and Biochemical Engineering at the University of Chemistry and Technology before entering the Nutrition world as a Nutrition advisor. Based on the scientific dietary papers she considered the low carb diet combined with the intermittent fasting as an easy way to lose weight and improve the health, e.g. reduce inflammation, stabilise the blood glucose level, improve cognitive functions, reduce tiredness and improve the quality of life. In her nutrition practice Leona offers the personalised programmes to help her clients not only to lose weight but also to manage many health issues influenced by unsuitable nutrition.
