Biographical Info Zechariah is a Registered Nurse who is clinically trained in Palliative care, Aged care and Infection Control. He qualified as a nurse in 2002 with a Diploma in Nursing and subsequently went on to serve mandatory military service. In the military, he received training as a paramedic and served in a medical special operations unit. He received his Bachelor's of Nursing from the University of Sydney in 2012, after working in various disciplines such as emergency medicine, palliative care and aged care. He recently obtained his Masters of Science in Clinical Leadership from Curtin University, 2019. Having struggled with obesity at a young age, Zechariah learned as much as he could about proper exercise and sound nutrition and applied it on himself. Although results came in terms of strength and muscle size, he always found it difficult to lean down on traditional nutrition "wisdom". Since discovering Intermittent Fasting and LCHF in 2016, he has not only leaned down with ease, but has also helped family, friends and patients reverse type 2 diabetes and metabolic syndrome successfully. Zechariah currently works in community stroke care where he designs exercise programmes and helps his patients and their caregivers improve metabolic health through IF and LCHF.
