Nutrition Network is a leading global educational platform that trains healthcare professionals in the science and application of Therapeutic Carbohydrate Restriction and related interventions for optimal metabolic health. We are looking for a highly skilled, creative, and science-savvy Content Creator to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create educational content and clinician tools (e.g., practical guides, checklists) for healthcare professionals.
- Translate complex scientific research into clear, engaging, and actionable take-home messages.
- Review and fact-check AI-generated content, including summaries, blogs, assessments, and transcripts.
- Oversee and grow the Nutrition Network Membership Community – create and share tailored content and resources for members, and drive engagement through communication, feedback, and community-building initiatives.
- Identify errors in lecture videos and suggest corrections or improvements.
- Repurpose existing lecture material into practical resources and professional development tools.
- Write and edit high-quality, evidence-based blog articles for professionals and the general public.
- Develop and review training content, including multiple-choice questions, toolbox items, and text lessons.
- Create science-based, audience-appropriate social media content.
- Stay up to date with the latest research in nutrition, metabolic health, and therapeutic carbohydrate restriction.
- Assist in developing consumer-facing projects, including books and educational resources (e.g., transcript editing, layout planning, and final content production).
- Proofread and quality-check materials, such as pamphlets, infographics, and internal documents.
Requirements & Skills:
- Strong background in science writing, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and accurately.
- Excellent command of English, with outstanding grammar and writing skills.
- Proven ability to translate scientific and medical literature into accessible, relatable content.
- Competency in research using PubMed, Google Scholar, and other academic databases.
- Comfortable fact-checking scientific references and responding to questions from medical professionals and coaches.
- A creative thinker with a passion for education, science, and clear communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and quality control.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in a science or medical-related field (e.g., nutrition, medicine, public health, biology).
- Personal or professional experience with the ketogenic diet and/or therapeutic carbohydrate restriction.
- Prior experience in scientific writing, editing, or educational content development.
- Familiarity with video editing and transcript review is an advantage.
- Enthusiasm for working in a mission-driven team that impacts global health.
