We are thrilled to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the accomplished graduates of the third cohort of Medical Certified Nutrition Network Practitioners (NNP) for 2023! On 25 January we celebrated a momentous occasion, highlighting the courage and passion exhibited by this dedicated group throughout their training program. We applaud each member for their remarkable success in completing the training, and we eagerly anticipate the lasting impact they will make in the field.

  • To understand the two pools of glucose metabolization during exercise these are regulated separately and differently.
  • Thus, advice on carbohydrate ingestion before and during exercise needs to make it count for these differences.
  • Demonstrate that only one of these glucose pools is essential for exercise performance.
