The Steps to Becoming a Nutrition Network Practitioner TM (NNP), there are two types of certification:

Coach Practitioner Pathway

This Certification path establishes our Advisors as industry leaders fully verified and supported by our team of experts. It equips candidates with a unique set of skills to work confidently with healthcare professionals, or independently.

 

The vision for our Nutrition Network Coach Practitioners™ is to step into the role of TCR coach and leader. This is someone who is confident in LCHF/TCR science and research. They are able to demonstrate the capabilities necessary to coach their clients. They also have the ability to teach and lead others who show an interest in the field.

Foundational training

Step 1

  • Foundational Training

    $1 139

Advisor Training is a pre-requisite for candidates applying for the Nutrition Network Coach Practitioner Certification. This training will ensure that you grasp the key concepts required for coaching in therapeutic carbohydrate restriction (TCR).

Professional training

Step 2

  • Professional Training

    $880

Ketogenic: The Science and Practice of Therapeutic Carbohydrate Restriction (15 Points)

This training will give you an overview of the history, science, context and most common therapeutic applications of therapeutic carbohydrate restriction (TCR).

If you have taken the Professional Training in LCHF/Ketogenic Nutrition and Treatment, this remains valid as part of the eligibility criteria.

Advanced training

Step 3

  • Advanced Training

    $863 - $924

LCHF in Clinical Practice Training (32 Points in Total) which consists of 3 modules:

  • Module 1: Evolutionary and Scientific Evidence
  • Module 2: LCHF for Practical Medical Applications
  • Module 3: Prescribing LCHF in Clinical Practice

OR

Professional Training in LCHF for Dietitians (25 Points), which covers the same topics as LCHF in Clinical Practice, with the addition of tools and techniques specific to dietitians’ practice.

Specialised elective training

    $402 per elective

Three Elective modules must be completed:

Please note, that the Advisor Training will count as 1 Elective if it is taken in addition to one other Professional Training listed in Step 1.

Once you’ve completed the form, we will then reach out to with your invitation to the Pathway and instalment plans for the pathway as well. Note that the Pathway itself, comprises of Live sessions and weekly work, for about 16 weeks.

An intensive 14-week program that consists of small group learning and mentorship,
ongoing written and live engagement, written assignments, and an oral examination.

The Nutrition Network was originally created to train medical professionals to integrate TCR into their practice in a way that supported evidence-based treatment. What we have found in our first years is the essential link of a coach/educator/advisor to support medical intervention. What this person is and does is essential to long-term success for a patient with any lifestyle disease. We are not only treating illnesses medically, but we are also treating the person, and their ability to cope and adapt to new approaches. Behavioral change is not easy. Our training has experts in the areas of addiction, and dietary and lifestyle transformation at its core. What our advisors and certified coaches will do on a deeper level is take people on a journey of transformation back to health.

The science is top-class. I like the method of self-research which trains the students on how to research the latest in various fields of metabolic health, find the answers or issues affecting various chronic pathways and summarize your answers in a professional manner complete with references. Very professional. And because each student is given a different question, the idea of sharing these answers for group discussions later allows you to learn all 15 subjects all at once.
